Yes. Solart is built so you don't have to. Every template in the Template library comes with a prompt that's already written and fine-tuned for its style: portraits, product shots, illustrations, short videos.

Just describe your subject in your own words, in any language, for example "a woman in a flowing dress standing by a lotus pond", pick a style and aspect ratio, then hit Generate. Solart blends your details into the template prompt before sending it to the AI model.

Once you're comfortable, switch to Write your own prompt for full control over your idea, in English or any other language.

Credits are deducted the moment you hit Generate, exactly the amount shown on the button. You always see the cost upfront, with no hidden charges later.

If a generation fails because of a system error, an overloaded model or content rejected by the model provider, your credits are refunded automatically. You can review every charge and refund in Account > Credit history.

Images and videos you create are kept for 3 days from creation, then deleted automatically to protect your data and keep storage costs low. Until then, you can view and download them anytime from Generation history.

Download anything you want to keep long term. Results you share to Community stay up until you stop sharing them.

Solart is an AI image and video generator that runs right in your browser, nothing to install. Describe what you want in your own words, in any language, and Solart writes the prompt and sends it to leading AI models like GPT Image, Nano Banana and Veo.

There are two ways to create:

• Use a template: pick a ready-made template, fill in your subject and hit Generate. Great when you want polished results fast.
• Write your own prompt: describe your idea yourself, choose the model, aspect ratio and resolution, and add reference images if needed.

Images are usually ready quickly, while videos take longer depending on the model and length. No need to wait on the page: results are saved to Generation history automatically.

Sign up for free with your email or Google account, no card required. With email, Solart sends a sign-in code to your inbox, so there's no password to remember.

When a welcome bonus is running, the number of free credits is shown on the sign-in page and added automatically on your first sign-in. Use them to try any template or model before deciding to top up.

The cost depends on three things:

• Model: newer, more powerful models usually cost more credits.
• Resolution: some models charge extra for 2K or 4K, others keep the same price.
• Length: for video, longer clips cost more credits.

The credit cost is always shown on the Generate button and updates as soon as you change your options. Full per-model pricing is on the AI Models page, and the Top up credits page shows roughly how many images and videos each pack covers.

The Solart Template library is updated regularly and currently covers:

• Portraits, avatars and profile photos: profile pictures, resume headshots and social avatars in many styles.
• Product photos: clean-background or lifestyle shots, perfect for online stores.
• Illustrations: drawings, cartoons, watercolor and 3D for posts, cards and book covers.
• Photo editing: change outfits, backgrounds or lighting while keeping the face and pose.
• Short videos: generate from a description or bring a photo to life.

Beyond templates, you can write your own prompt to create almost any idea, as long as it follows the Terms of Service.

Yes. Upload photos as reference images so the AI keeps the face, product, outfit or setting from them. Each model accepts a different number of reference images, see the AI Models page for details.

For the best results:

• Use sharp, well-lit photos where the subject isn't covered.
• For portraits, choose a front-facing photo with just one person.
• Use JPG, PNG or WebP files.

Your uploads are only used to create your results, are never shown publicly and are deleted automatically after 3 days.

Yes, with video models that support a first frame. Your photo becomes the opening shot and the AI animates it based on your description, for example "hair gently blowing in the wind, camera slowly pushing in".

Some models also accept a last frame so the video ends exactly where you want, great for transformations and transitions. The AI Models page shows which models support first and last frames, and which lengths you can choose.

No. Solart is pay as you go: top up credits when you need them and only pay for what you use. No recurring charges, no plans to remember to cancel.

One credit balance works for both images and videos, across every model and template. Larger packs usually include bonus credits, see the Top up credits page for details.

Top up by bank transfer with a VietQR code (Vietnamese banks). It takes about a minute:

• Go to the Top up credits page and choose a pack.
• Open your banking app and scan the VietQR code on screen. The amount and transfer note are filled in for you.
• Keep the transfer note as is, since it's the code that matches the payment to your order, then confirm the transfer.

Credits are added to your account once the payment is received. Payment codes expire, so if yours does, just create a new order.

Credits are usually added within a few minutes. If it's taking longer, check that:

• The transfer note matches your order code exactly and wasn't shortened or altered by your banking app.
• The amount you sent matches the order amount.
• The transaction went through successfully in your banking app.

If everything looks right and you still don't have your credits, email your order code and a screenshot of the transfer receipt to [email protected]. We'll verify it and add your credits manually.

Credits are refunded automatically when a generation fails. For generations that produce a result, credits aren't refunded, since the AI model has actually processed your request.

A few tips for better results next time:

• Be more specific: colors, camera angle, lighting, setting, mood.
• Add reference images so the AI gets the face or product right.
• Try another model: each one shines at different styles.
• Generate again: the same prompt gives a different result every time.

You own what you create, within the limits of the law and the model providers' terms. Many people use Solart for product photos, ads and social content for their shops and businesses.

That said, you may not use results to impersonate real people, scam others, or infringe on copyrights, trademarks or anyone's likeness. For important projects, review results carefully before publishing, as AI can sometimes get details like text or hands wrong.

By default, only you can see your results in your Generation history. Solart never publishes any of your results on its own.

Results only appear on Community when you choose to share them, along with your display name and prompt for others to learn from. You can stop sharing anytime and the result disappears from Community. Your email and uploaded photos are never shown publicly.

Yes, if it hasn't been too long. Deleted results move to the Trash in Generation history and stay there for a while before being permanently deleted. Open the Trash and restore anything you want to keep.

Note that files are still deleted 3 days after creation, whether or not they're in the Trash. So download important results early.

Yes. Solart runs in the browser on phones, tablets and computers, and the layout adapts to your screen, so there's no app to install. You can snap a photo on your phone and upload it as a reference right away.

To open it like an app, add Solart to your home screen:

• iPhone: open it in Safari, tap Share, then choose Add to Home Screen.
• Android: open it in Chrome, tap the three-dot menu, then choose Add to Home screen.

Go to Account > Security, choose Delete account and confirm. Deletion takes effect immediately and can't be undone.

Your results, uploaded photos and all sign-in sessions are deleted right away. Payment history is kept in anonymized form for accounting and is no longer linked to your email. Any remaining credits will be lost, so use them up before deleting.
